The AUXNAVALIA project is structured around 12 large homogeneous activities:
- Program for sector concentration of ancillary industries in order to reinforce their competitiveness.
- Design of financial instruments adapted to the naval ancillary industry with a view to growth on the innovation front.
- Collaboration plan of the ancillary industry with Sector Technological Centres.
- Joint program for technological surveillance and tracking of patents that are interesting to the ancillary naval sector.
- A network of technicians specialised in promotion and dissemination of R&D&I of the naval ancillary sector.
- A network of mentor businessmen for competitive improvement of the sector.
- An Atlantic forum of the naval ancillary sector.
- Focus on internationalisation of the ancillary industry via identification of business opportunities.
- A marketing and communications campaign.
- An innovative transnational grouping of ancillary industries from the shipbuilding industry
- Promotion and dissemination of the project.
- Leadership, management, project assessment and transfer of results.
