The invention relates to a device for conditioning a boat, comprising a cooling heat exchanger (12) and a heating heat exchanger (10) that can have an air flow (14) flowing successively through them, wherein the heating heat exchanger is connected via a water loop (16) to a heater (18) operated with a fuel and the cooling heat exchanger is designed as an evaporator of an air conditioning system (20). The invention further relates to a method for conditioning a boat.
