| The commitment in favour of innovation and competitiveness within the AUX-NAVALIA project is organized through several measures and actions. When a company lacking a previous experience starts to develop innovation projects it usually needs the help of an expert able to advise it when taking decisions and to guide it through the project taking into account the experience acquired during the professional life. This mentoring service is an activity introduced by the AUX-NAVALIA project to be rendered to the naval ancillary industry companies. |
Objectives
To create a transnational mentoring network with business mentors from the naval and other sectors with competitive ancillary industries (automobile industry) in order to transfer knowledge and business experiences to ancillary industries through the naval sector.
| Actions: |
| The following actions have been planned: • Network of potentially mentorized companies: directory of companies interested in being mentorized by the businesspeople who make up the network of mentors. • Transnational Businesspeople Mentoring Network: group made up of businesspeople acting as mentors within the project. • Mentoring Network Management Unit: technical secretariat to provide support to the mentoring service to be carried out within this activity. |
